IT Business Analyst, Finance Reporting and Analytics, D365 CoE, Remote work in Poland

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders and IT teams to design, develop, and deliver financial reporting and analytics solutions based on D365 Finance & Operations data
• Gather reporting requirements, analyze business processes and D365 data structures, define KPIs, and prepare report layouts and functional specifications
• Support the development and testing of reports and dashboards using D365FO native tools, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver standardized, scalable, and compliant reporting solutions across more than 40 countries

This role contributes to global harmonization of financial reporting and data models across more than 40 countries, ensuring standardized, scalable, and compliant reporting solutions that support accurate financial decision-making.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations data structures and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms for reporting and dashboard development
• Ability to gather requirements, design report layouts, define KPIs, and create functional specifications
• Experience with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT) and documentation of reporting solutions
