Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and support IT systems and services at J-PAL, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across various platforms
- Administer G Suite, manage ticketing system, provide technical support, and oversee maintenance and security of IT hardware, software, and networks
- Collaborate with internal teams, MIT IS&T, and external vendors to implement and maintain IT systems
- Support and train staff on IT tools such as Salesforce and G Suite, troubleshoot issues, ensure data security through regular backups, and manage user accounts

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field preferred
- 2 years minimum work experience with at least 1 year in IT; MacOS and Windows experience preferred
- Salesforce experience and G-Suite administration skills strongly desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work with non-technical staff and outside vendors
