IT Application Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Ensure that the application has a proper strategic positioning in alignment with IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains.
• Ensure service delivery, in particular case resolution (incidents, requests) management, including proper support agreements and Service Management systems.
• Support the CDC with the Vulnerability Management Service to ensure timely and accurate identification and mitigation of potential vulnerabilities.
• Manage contract with external vendors and ensure application costs are in line with allocated budget.

Required skills and experience:

• At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience as an IT Application Specialist/Manager or in a similar role with Custom, COTS, and SaaS applications.
• Preferred experience in one or more coding languages (e.g. .Net, Javascript, C++, Python, Java) and with development platforms (e.g. DevOps, Azure).
