IT and Cybersecurity Trainer and IT Support Provider

• Design and deliver practical IT and cybersecurity training sessions for staff covering awareness, secure tool usage, and responsible AI use.
• Set up and configure cloud storage, email accounts, two-factor authentication, collaboration tools (Slack, Monday.com), website backend security, and digital finance access structures.
• Provide responsive IT support, troubleshooting, and documentation of systems and common issues.

This role strengthens the digital security and operational efficiency of a Syrian civil society organization working on urban recovery, civic participation, and environmental justice, enabling safer and more effective community-led development in Syria.

• Relevant experience in IT systems setup, cybersecurity training, digital security, cloud platforms, and organizational IT support.
• Experience configuring email accounts, cloud systems, permissions, access control, two-factor authentication, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com).
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users; strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is an asset.
