IT Advisor

• Install, configure, maintain IT equipment, and provide technical support to users at all levels.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and ensure proper setup for new users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connection, and printer issues, ensuring timely ticket follow-up.
• Monitor and support the IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, hardware, and security compliance.
• Provide training, create user guides, and promote best practices for IT system usage.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage warranties, and oversee procurement and infrastructure projects.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of videoconferencing and communication tools.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including site assessments, infrastructure delivery, and commissioning.

• Bachelor's or Honors degree in IT or a related field such as Information Technology, Systems Support, or Communication Networks.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams, Azure, Entra, Intune, iOS, and Android.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
