Inventory Planning Manager

• Manage future forecasts, current inventory levels, order placement, and analytics to achieve WOS targets, shrink, shorts, and in-stock rate OKRs.
• Work cross-functionally with Category Management, Strategy Planning, Operations, and Product teams to drive process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships including Purchase Order management and key metrics like on-time delivery and fill rate.

This role directly reduces food waste by optimizing inventory levels and ensuring efficient distribution of surplus and imperfect food, contributing to Misfits Market's mission of saving over 190 million pounds of food from waste.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory planning or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, index matches) and ability to organize large data sets.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
