This role advances AI safety by improving interpretability of AI systems, helping ensure they are transparent, understandable, and aligned with human values.

Required qualifications:

• Research background in interpretability or related fields
• Ability to make fundamental progress on interpretability challenges
• Experience with code generation or similar technical domains
