Internship Position Description

Core responsibilities:

• Assist with construction site safety and wellbeing research activities
• Prepare survey and interview materials and conduct surveys and interviews
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative survey and interview data
• Review literature related to workplace safety and wellbeing climate assessment
• Participate in site visits and prepare site visit reports
• Prepare an academic manuscript

This role contributes to construction site safety and wellbeing research, helping improve workplace conditions and protect construction workers from occupational hazards.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Experience conducting literature reviews
• Experience in occupational health and safety
• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience related to work-related mental health or social work with working populations (relevant)
• Must be a resident of Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.

This is a paid internship with a minimum pay rate of $19/hour, appropriate to the applicant's experience and training. The position is temporary and unbenefited.
