What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in concept development, narrative planning, and thematic design for the Singapore Pavilion at COP31, ensuring alignment with Singapore's climate priorities
- Plan and curate the overall design and topline messaging for the Pavilion, incorporating broader COP31 themes and programming considerations
- Support end-to-end Pavilion operations including events management, logistics coordination, finance, procurement, vendor liaison, and budget tracking
- Work closely with Singapore Government agencies and external partners to coordinate and translate design and messaging concepts into reality

Required qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in climate policy, sustainability, and international negotiations
- Good organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and synthesize complex information
- Familiarity with event planning, stakeholder engagement, or public communications is an advantage
- Graphic design, video editing, or data visualization skills will be a bonus
