Internship - Climate Mitigation

Core responsibilities:

• Assist in concept development, narrative planning, and thematic design for the Singapore Pavilion at COP31, ensuring alignment with Singapore's climate priorities
• Plan and curate the overall design and topline messaging for the Pavilion, incorporating broader COP31 themes and programming considerations
• Support end-to-end Pavilion operations including events management, logistics coordination, finance, procurement, vendor liaison, and budget tracking
• Work closely with Singapore Government agencies and external partners to coordinate and translate design and messaging concepts into reality

This role supports Singapore's international climate action presence at COP31, helping translate climate policy work into tangible international action and contributing to Singapore's climate resilience goals.

Required qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in climate policy, sustainability, and international negotiations
• Good organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and synthesize complex information
• Familiarity with event planning, stakeholder engagement, or public communications is an advantage
• Graphic design, video editing, or data visualization skills will be a bonus
