Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the DNA Screening Standards Consortium (DSSC), including coordination, documentation, and standards-related activities
- Conduct international standards alignment and policy analysis related to biotechnology governance and regulatory coordination
- Perform China-focused stakeholder mapping and develop engagement strategies
- Design and deliver workshops and dialogues enabling Chinese participation in international standards processes
- Coordinate China-focused working groups and participation enablement mechanisms

Required qualifications:
- Experience engaging with Chinese institutions, research bodies, or government-linked organizations
- Strong understanding of international standards development, technology governance, or regulatory coordination
- Experience in stakeholder mapping, workshops, or multilateral initiatives
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ability to work in cross-cultural, international, and multidisciplinary environments
