What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the DNA Screening Standards Consortium (DSSC), including coordination, documentation, and standards-related activities
  • Conduct international standards alignment and policy analysis related to biotechnology governance and regulatory coordination
  • Perform China-focused stakeholder mapping and develop engagement strategies
  • Design and deliver workshops and dialogues enabling Chinese participation in international standards processes
  • Coordinate China-focused working groups and participation enablement mechanisms

Required qualifications:

  • Experience engaging with Chinese institutions, research bodies, or government-linked organizations
  • Strong understanding of international standards development, technology governance, or regulatory coordination
  • Experience in stakeholder mapping, workshops, or multilateral initiatives
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural, international, and multidisciplinary environments
