International Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for international and selected country office roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Develop and strengthen ProVeg's employer brand through authentic recruitment messaging and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain a consistent recruitment framework across ProVeg, including templates, toolkits, and quality standards.
• Train and support hiring managers and People & Culture colleagues to recruit effectively and consistently.

This role helps ProVeg attract and hire mission-driven talent, directly strengthening the organization's ability to promote plant-based food systems and reduce animal suffering, environmental degradation, and global health risks.

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer processes.
• Experience recruiting for international, senior, or specialist roles in complex or fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally Teamtailor) and using recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; affinity with ProVeg's mission.

Salary depends on location and experience, e.g., €44,000–48,000 in Germany, zł 120,000–150,000 in Poland (full-time equivalent). Remote work with core collaboration hours 10 am–4 pm CET. Opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategy in a mission-driven international organization.
