International Recruiter

Core responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from client briefing through to candidate placement for positions across the international development sector
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, leading intake discussions and maintaining professional communication throughout recruitment cycles
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support promotion/sale of recruitment and HR consultancy services
• Ensure quality, reporting, and process discipline by maintaining proper records and contributing to continuous improvement of workflows

This role creates positive change by identifying and placing strong professionals who help international development organizations deliver meaningful and sustainable impact through their work.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search with proven end-to-end process management
• Demonstrated exposure to client-facing work and commercial responsibility with strong account/stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to write clear, polished, client-ready candidate presentations
• Good working knowledge of ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and standard office software
