Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and programmatic support to ARC's international portfolio through advisory and implementation services
- Support planning, design, and implementation of international initiatives including advocacy campaigns and public programs
- Facilitate alignment and information-sharing among ARC's regional consultants across Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East
- Contribute to program quality, coherence, and visibility through coordination with partners and preparation of outreach materials

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience working with civil society organizations in arts, human rights, freedom of expression or international development
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders across regions
- Experience working with distributed teams, partners, or external consultants in cross-cultural or international contexts
- Excellent analytical and writing skills with experience drafting reports, briefs, policy statements, and program documentation
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English plus proficiency in one or more additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, French, Russian)

What's in it for you
Compensation provided via monthly retainer in the range of $6,000 to $7,000. This is an independent contractor engagement (3-6 month initial term) and does not include employee benefits.
