International Fundraiser (Donor Acquisition)

• Acquire individual and corporate donors to support children's programs
• Build and maintain a donor pipeline, research new prospects, and cultivate existing supporters
• Develop and pitch partnership proposals, organize fundraising campaigns, and lead negotiations
• Analyze fundraising performance and collaborate with marketing teams

Your work will directly contribute to improving and saving children's lives by funding safety, education, healthcare, and hope for vulnerable children worldwide.

• Experience in fundraising or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule
• Passion for charity and helping children

Commission-based payment (percentage of funds raised + bonuses for KPI achievement), flexible remote work, training and support from the foundation's team, opportunity to participate in significant international and Russian charity projects.
