What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide overall technical and managerial leadership for the endline evaluation of the UNFPA/Norway SRHR project in Nigeria
- Lead evaluation design, methodological choices, data analysis, and synthesis of findings across thematic areas
- Coordinate with the National Consultant, ensure alignment with UNFPA policies and OECD-DAC criteria, and serve as primary technical interlocutor
- Deliver comprehensive evaluation outputs including Design Report, Final Evaluation Report, and presentations
