What you will drive
- Lead analytical assessments to inform the design of a blended finance mechanism addressing climate-related human mobility in Georgia.
- Conduct research on the blended finance landscape, including regulatory frameworks, investment interests, and potential financial instruments.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder consultations, including a validation workshop, to refine findings and recommendations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Postgraduate degree (PhD, MPhil, MA) in finance, economics, environmental policy, sustainable development, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in innovative finance, blended finance, climate finance, or development finance.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and operationalizing blended finance mechanisms leveraging private and public resources.
- Proven experience engaging migrants and diaspora in innovative finance initiatives.
