What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to strengthen SRHR services by integrating SRHR across sectors such as education, agriculture, and climate change adaptation initiatives
- Support implementation of innovative health system strengthening programs to improve quality of care and SRHR service uptake
- Ensure SRHR agenda is included in Health National Adaptation Plans for climate and that migrants access SRHR services
- Support sustainable capacity building activities for healthcare workers and manage the KURA! program with budget responsibilities

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health sciences, Midwifery, Public Health or related field with specialized knowledge in Sexual and Reproductive Health
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SRHR with expertise in at least two areas: clinical midwifery, digital health, comprehensive abortion care, or SRHR integration
- Proven experience working with government institutions on health systems strengthening, policy development, and program implementation
- Familiarity with national health systems in Rwanda or similar contexts, and understanding of climate change impacts on SRHR
