Intern in Manufacturing Engineering

Core responsibilities for the Intern in Manufacturing Engineering:

• Support manufacturing engineering processes and contribute to production optimization
• Assist in testing and development activities related to manufacturing operations
• Participate in engineering projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges in a climate tech environment

This role contributes to Climeworks' mission of reclaiming control of our climate future by supporting the manufacturing of direct air capture technology, which removes CO₂ from the atmosphere to combat climate change.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for climate action and sustainable technology
