Intern in CDR - Nature-Based Solutions

Core responsibilities:

• Support the team to advance nature-based carbon removal portfolio by conducting research, engaging with partners, and supporting strategic initiatives
• Assist with evaluation and documentation of nature-based carbon removal initiatives
• Help build and maintain relationships with project developers and collaborators
• Contribute to project identification and storytelling for client-facing materials

This role contributes to advancing nature-based carbon removal solutions that accelerate the global transition to net zero, helping businesses, governments, and society achieve climate goals through high-quality carbon removal.

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, climate policy, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of carbon markets, nature-based solutions, or climate finance
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to interpret complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Six-month internship with hybrid work setup (onsite at least three days per week). Standardized salary process based on market benchmarks: CHF 2,000 per month during BSc & MSc studies, CHF 2,500 per month after completion of MSc.
