Cooperate with internal Security teams and other Security actors to further develop Security Operations.

• Report SLA, KPI and performance metrics of Security Services, steer activities as per metrics defined in the Service card.
• Coordinate the work provided and service delivered by the security partners.
• Prepare and publish reports to stakeholders including Local IT Management and Information Security Management.
• Help in the development of processes and procedures required for the delivery of Security Services.

This role contributes to enhancing security operations and service delivery, ensuring effective security measures and coordination within the organization.

• Experience or interest in security operations and service delivery.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Skills in reporting and documentation for security services.
• Support Security Delivery Consultants in day-to-day activities.
