Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Improve data systems across the organization with a focus on pipeline development, warehouse optimization, and data modeling
- Support analytics and business intelligence initiatives including dashboard refinement in PowerBI
- Monitor data pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and accuracy

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their data services
- Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (dbt)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to update and refresh data models
- Comfort with command line for building and debugging projects
- Dashboard creation and refinement experience (PowerBI)
- Experience with data version control

Compensation and structure:
- Hourly independent contractor role (not employment)
- Anticipated scope: Approximately 10 hours per week
- Initial contract length: 6 months
- Anticipated hourly rate range: $100 to $120 per hour
- Autonomy over work schedule and workflow
- Collaboration generally scheduled between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET when feasible
