Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
  • Improve data systems across the organization with a focus on pipeline development, warehouse optimization, and data modeling
  • Support analytics and business intelligence initiatives including dashboard refinement in PowerBI
  • Monitor data pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality and accuracy

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and their data services
  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline tools (dbt)
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ability to update and refresh data models
  • Comfort with command line for building and debugging projects
  • Dashboard creation and refinement experience (PowerBI)
  • Experience with data version control

Compensation and structure:

  • Hourly independent contractor role (not employment)
  • Anticipated scope: Approximately 10 hours per week
  • Initial contract length: 6 months
  • Anticipated hourly rate range: $100 to $120 per hour
  • Autonomy over work schedule and workflow
  • Collaboration generally scheduled between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET when feasible
