What you will drive

  • Provide transitional leadership and support to guide the organization through a 12-18 month period, focusing on transition support, organizational culture, revenue strategy, and board collaboration.
  • Conduct internal assessments and develop recommendations for organizational stability, culture, and financial growth.
  • Act as a spokesperson and key fundraiser, supporting business development and external relationships.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interim Leader, Executive Director, or consultant for nonprofit interim change processes.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in consulting, training, facilitation, or capacity building with social sector organizations.
  • Strong commitment to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion; highly collaborative and relational.
  • Preferred: familiarity with organizational development, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, and a track record in fundraising.
