Interim Database and Gift Processing Coordinator

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams and global network to support integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of donor data and systems
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, support effective use of CRM systems, and ensure accurate gift processing and reporting
• Build queries, generate reports, and translate data into useful insights that support planning and decision-making
• Support gift processing, revenue tracking, and reconciliation processes, working closely with finance and fundraising teams

This role ensures philanthropic resources are tracked, managed, and directed effectively to grassroots movements advancing environmental and climate justice in over 160 countries, supporting trust-based, movement-led philanthropy.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in database management within a fundraising or development context, including maintaining data integrity, processing gifts, and supporting reporting and analysis
• Strong technical expertise in CRM systems, ideally Raiser's Edge (NXT and database)
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data processes with accuracy and consistency
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to build queries, generate reports, and translate data into insights
