What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate across teams and global network to support integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of donor data and systems
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, support effective use of CRM systems, and ensure accurate gift processing and reporting
- Build queries, generate reports, and translate data into useful insights that support planning and decision-making
- Support gift processing, revenue tracking, and reconciliation processes, working closely with finance and fundraising teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Experience in database management within a fundraising or development context, including maintaining data integrity, processing gifts, and supporting reporting and analysis
- Strong technical expertise in CRM systems, ideally Raiser's Edge (NXT and database)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data processes with accuracy and consistency
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to build queries, generate reports, and translate data into insights
