Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Process large volumes of incoming mail, including reading and documenting intake letters, organizing and distributing mail to appropriate department members, and assessing appropriate action for unassigned cases
  • Create electronic files for all applicants, use online databases to locate contact information, and update case database with changes to contact information or case status
  • Systematically review letters from applicants and conduct screening to reject cases that do not meet basic intake criteria
  • Assist with large-scale projects, perform data integrity checks, and manage administrative tasks for the Final Review Law Firm Project

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience with case management tools and databases, including data entry
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrated passion for social justice, criminal reform, and fair, compassionate, and equitable systems of justice
