Insurance Risk Management Lead

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive insurance framework in collaboration with Google’s in-house insurance team
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Intersect teams and Google’s insurance group, translating technical project details into insurance requirements
• Manage insurance budget, premium forecasting, and evaluate cost versus coverage value
• Support insurance placement, compliance, audits, and claims processes

This role ensures strong risk management practices across a growing portfolio of clean energy projects, accelerating the transition to sustainable energy and preserving the planet for future generations.

• 5+ years of experience in insurance coordination, risk management, or cross-functional roles
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries
• Strong understanding of risk profiles across energy technologies and related insurance products
• Proven ability to manage complex workflows and stakeholder coordination

Total Compensation: $188,500 - $205,400 (base salary + bonus in USD).
