Instructional Consultant (K–12, Part-Time)

• Coach teachers and instructional leaders through observation, feedback, modeling, and co-planning.
• Analyze instructional and student data to identify priorities and measure impact.
• Support curriculum implementation and standards-aligned instruction.
• Design and facilitate engaging professional learning.

This role directly improves teaching quality and student outcomes in New York City schools through coaching and professional development, contributing to educational equity and excellence.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of successful K–12 teaching and/or instructional leadership experience.
• 2+ years of instructional coaching, teacher leadership, or school leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-quality instruction, curriculum, and data-driven decision-making.
