Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of OOI's knowledge management and analytics strategy, including needs-finding for stakeholders and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Oversee content development translating analytics and portfolio data into insight products (blogs, briefs, dashboards, webinars) and manage data dashboards, primarily using Power BI.
  • Advance data platforms and analytics services, including managing internal apps/tools, supporting project management/CRM software rollout, and overseeing knowledge management platforms like SharePoint and Viva.
  • Manage a small team, develop networks for knowledge sharing, and represent OOI in internal and external contexts, including mission travel to country offices.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, Design, Information Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields (Bachelor's with 2+ years of additional experience may be accepted).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, data analytics, or related fields, with at least 2 years in an international context.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and low-code applications, with experience in managing data dashboards and platforms.
  • Strong skills in content development, strategic planning, and team management, with ability to work in diverse, global settings.
