Innovation Director - Integrated Grid Planning

• Lead new product commercialization from conception through market release, technical assessment, and commercial adoption for grid flexibility solutions
• Drive customer acquisition and business development by creating compelling narratives, executing go-to-market strategies, and securing foundational customers
• Serve as industry thought leader by speaking at events, publishing findings, and defining Bidgely's approach to grid planning and flexibility
• Ensure successful deployment and ongoing operations of pioneering client engagements through cross-functional team management

This role accelerates the development and commercialization of next-generation grid flexibility solutions that help utilities manage an evolving grid and transition toward a clean energy future.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electric utility market with deep knowledge of integrated grid planning, distribution planning, and grid flexibility operations
• Proven track record in technology products, product roadmap development, business development, and customer engagement
• Executive presence with ability to build relationships with utility leaders and represent the company as an industry voice of influence
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical and business issues
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, physics) required
