Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead structured troubleshooting during abnormal operating conditions and make real-time operational decisions regarding filtration, viscosity, heating, and injection strategies.
  • Own the on-site interface for PLC, HMI, automation, and downhole-sensor modifications; drive operational reliability and process optimization.
  • Partner with the Operations Supervisor to manage scheduling, payroll, training, SOPs, and hiring for the site.
  • Build and maintain site operating rhythms, coach operators in diagnostic thinking, and contribute to the long-term operating playbook.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, or related engineering discipline (or equivalent field experience).
  • 7+ years of operating experience in produced-water injection, SWD, EOR, chemical process plants, midstream liquids handling, refining, or comparable fluid-systems operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading structured troubleshooting for abnormal operating conditions involving pumps, filters, viscosity, pressure, flow, or injection systems.
  • Direct supervisory experience leading crews of 20-40 operators across shifts in an industrial environment.
