What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with various teams within Glydways on design challenges, infrastructure technical issues, preliminary planning, and design needs
- Effectively communicate infrastructure project needs ensuring alignment between Glydways' system and vehicle design and development with respect to infrastructure
- Help coordinate, prioritize, and drive project needs in partnership with the engineering team to develop the best technical solution and maintain project timelines
- Meet with outside civil engineering consultants, contractors, and local entities as needed to ensure Glydways design requirements are upheld

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience with an electrical background focused in design through construction, including design, calculations, estimate development, quality control, and project management
- Proficiency in CADD, including ability to modify and put redlines directly into CADD, communicate with external parties, and understand Civil CADD drawings and plans
- Knowledge of site design experience and knowledge of state and local municipality requirements, and zoning and building codes
- Familiarity and interest in public transit and transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment
