Mission
What you will drive
- Provide administrative support and troubleshoot when required to reset passwords in Google Workspace after following verification process
- Complete simple account setup tasks within approved systems and update record information in Airtable with support from the IS team
- Run simple data checks to confirm records are complete and accurate, and assist with small tasks for events requiring technology setup
- Update internal documentation when procedures change and follow all ScholarMatch confidentiality requirements and security practices

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in STEM; math, computing, or data science preferred with two years of experience in data analysis and information technology systems
- Experience with Airtable including customizing bases, building formulas, automating workflows, and integrating with other applications
- Experience with Google Suite and proficient understanding of database design and coding with emphasis on maintaining data integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, commitment to meeting deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication skills
