What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing document retention policies and collection management activities (shelving, weeding, etc.)
- Take part in the Library's filing, knowledge management, and digital asset management tasks and initiatives
- Assist in reference and circulation services and design/publish publicity materials on Library resources
- Support various tasks related to library, information, and knowledge management to raise visibility of resources

This role supports the Library and Communications team in raising the visibility of ESCAP's work among key stakeholders and the public through information and knowledge management initiatives.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or completed graduate school (second university degree or higher) OR final year of first university degree (bachelor's minimum)
- Field of study closely related to the internship type (administration desirable)
- Good knowledge of standard software applications, especially MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Fluency in English (oral and written) required; knowledge of French desirable; additional ESCAP languages (Chinese, Russian) an asset
