Information Management Team Lead - Buildings UK

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the Information Management team, driving its growth and development, and setting a strategic growth plan.
• Act as the key client-facing contact for Information Management and BIM matters, occasionally representing clients in client-side roles.
• Oversee project performance metrics, strategically manage resources, and ensure high standards of data quality, collaboration, and digital delivery practices.
• Manage information management strategy on behalf of the multi-disciplinary team when Ramboll is the lead appointed party, liaising with client specialists to define approaches.

This role ensures effective management, coordination, and integration of project information and models in the buildings sector, contributing to high standards of data quality and digital delivery practices that support sustainable and efficient construction projects.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven senior leadership experience in Information Management within the buildings/construction sector.
• Strong track record of developing and growing IM/digital delivery service offerings, with commercial awareness in pricing, scope definition, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of ISO 19650, CDEs, and project information delivery across RIBA stages, with strong experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and core BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Solibri).
• Demonstrable ability to originate work, support bids, maintain key client relationships, and lead, mentor, and scale Information Management teams.
