Industry Engagement Manager

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with utility-scale clean energy developers and consultants throughout the lifecycle of Greenlight campaigns.
• Provide timely support to regional campaigns, including attending strategy calls and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Develop deep understanding of regional social, cultural, regulatory, and political landscapes to support campaign success.
• Contribute to prospecting efforts by identifying potential campaign opportunities and gathering relevant information.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by building relationships with developers and supporting local campaigns to get clean energy projects built, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and combating climate change.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2+ years in the clean energy industry.
• Knowledge of grassroots organizing and campaign tactics.
• Proven track record in project management, relationship building, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for accelerating the clean energy transition.

Base annual salary: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, monthly technology stipends, and retirement contributions through 401k and Roth plans.
