Industry Content Senior Associate

• Translate lessons from active campaigns into clear, practical resources for developers, including a resource roundup/library of community engagement best practices.
• Capture and synthesize campaign wins and milestones to develop developer-facing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and briefs.
• Help maintain and improve internal systems that support industry engagement work, including templates, SOPs, tracking tools, and data management.
• Coordinate closely with the Communications team to align industry-facing messaging with broader organizational communications.

This role directly supports the clean energy transition by creating resources that help developers engage effectively with communities, enabling more clean energy projects to be built locally and accelerating the shift away from fossil fuels.

• 6+ months of experience within the utility-scale clean energy sector.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in communications, research, policy, advocacy, clean energy, or a related field.
• Strong writer and editor with an ability to make complex topics accessible.
• Experience in systems-building, documentation, and improving team workflows.

Base salary range: $60,000-$85,000. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, monthly technology stipend, and retirement contributions through 401k and Roth plans.
