Industrial Water Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Managing and executing work on industrial water and wastewater system design, planning, and construction projects by leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Scheduling and tracking project budgets, milestones, and deliverables while utilizing the company's Project Management Framework
• Interacting with clients, representing the firm professionally, and visiting client sites for meetings, proposal development, and construction observation
• Mentoring staff in technical and project management skill areas and providing input on design guidelines and standards

This role creates positive change by addressing water and environmental issues through engineering solutions, contributing to clean water, a safe environment, healthy communities, and making a meaningful impact on clients, communities, and the planet.

Required qualifications:

• M.S. in Engineering (P.E. or other certification/advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of professional experience at an engineering consulting firm
• Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients, preferably in food and beverage, pharmaceutical/chemical, data center, life sciences, and/or consumer products markets
• Strong appreciation of and commitment to safe work practices with industrial client engineering and/or design-build expertise
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong project management skills and demonstrated track record of delivering quality projects within scope, schedule, and budget
