Individual Giving Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multi-channel retention campaigns and fundraising appeals to strengthen supporter relationships and increase lifetime value.
• Own retention activity across cash giving, lottery and regular giving, shaping campaigns from idea through to delivery, optimization and evaluation.
• Lead on the delivery of direct mail appeals, following the process from concept ideation to data briefing, content sourcing, print management, and final appeal delivery.
• Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer (Acquisition) to create a seamless journey from first gift to long-term loyalty.

This role builds long-term supporter relationships that help fund life-changing support for the Armed Forces community, directly contributing to a strong, engaged supporter base and long-term income growth for veteran support services.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience delivering direct response marketing campaigns
• Confidence managing multiple campaigns, working with stakeholders and suppliers
• Ability to use insight and analysis to inform decisions and improve performance
• Organized and detail-focused approach to work

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: £30,255 - £37,732
• 29 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, plus birthday off
