Mission
What you will drive
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multi-channel retention campaigns and fundraising appeals to strengthen supporter relationships and increase lifetime value.
- Own retention activity across cash giving, lottery and regular giving, shaping campaigns from idea through to delivery, optimization and evaluation.
- Lead on the delivery of direct mail appeals, following the process from concept ideation to data briefing, content sourcing, print management, and final appeal delivery.
- Work closely with the Individual Giving Officer (Acquisition) to create a seamless journey from first gift to long-term loyalty.
