Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead business development activities and relationships with Indigenous communities in Ontario and Atlantic Canada
- Collaborate with AECOM Canadaโs Project Delivery Teams to ensure Indigenous reconciliation is fully integrated at each projectโs phase: Proposal, Planning, Execution, and Closure
- Support and work with the Indigenous Capture Team (ICT), the Indigenous Delivery Team (IDT), the Indigenous Relations Technical Practice Group (IR-TPG) and Indigenous Vendors/Procurement Team (IVPT); meet monthly with the Chairs of these groups within AECOM
- Keep Regional Business Line Leaders informed of development activities and sit as a member of the Indigenous Relations Advisory Committee
