What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities and relationships with Indigenous communities in Ontario and Atlantic Canada
  • Collaborate with AECOM Canadaโ€™s Project Delivery Teams to ensure Indigenous reconciliation is fully integrated at each projectโ€™s phase: Proposal, Planning, Execution, and Closure
  • Support and work with the Indigenous Capture Team (ICT), the Indigenous Delivery Team (IDT), the Indigenous Relations Technical Practice Group (IR-TPG) and Indigenous Vendors/Procurement Team (IVPT); meet monthly with the Chairs of these groups within AECOM
  • Keep Regional Business Line Leaders informed of development activities and sit as a member of the Indigenous Relations Advisory Committee
