Core responsibilities:

• Develop your food system initiative through virtual learning and in-person mentorship in Berlin over 18 weeks.
• Validate your idea and assumptions with support from industry experts and fellow entrepreneurs.
• Engage in workshops and mentoring to refine your proposal and develop organizational skills.
• Create a fully-costed business plan with budgeting, fundraising strategy, and impact metrics.

This incubator helps entrepreneurs develop and launch food system initiatives that can create positive change in food sustainability, access, or production through seed funding and expert support.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a food system initiative idea to develop.
• Ability to engage in virtual learning and in-person activities in Berlin.
• Willingness to validate ideas with experts and peers and refine proposals through workshops.
• Capacity to create comprehensive business plans including budgeting, fundraising, and impact measurement.
