About the Role
The role involves leading and managing various aspects of fundraising and engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead all mass fundraising and engagement activity including Individual Giving, Legacies, Community & Events Fundraising, and Supporter Care
- Provide operational oversight and support to the High Value Relationships team during a transition period
- Design experiences, appeals, campaigns, and supporter journeys that reflect the voices of people with learning disabilities
- Use financial and KPI information to support delivery and decision-making while maintaining strong performance management

Required skills and experience:
- Senior engagement specialist or fundraising leader with strategic vision and operational judgement
- Experience turning insight into action and using data intelligently while maintaining human relationships
- Ability to lead teams through change with confidence and care
- Comfortable holding performance and using financial/KPI information for decision-making
