Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate and manage investigation and resolution of incidents and problems across OVO's smart infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture, communicate, and resolve smart infrastructure-related incidents.
- Maintain and improve incident management processes, including post-incident reviews and proactive anomaly detection.
- Provide 24/7 incident management support on a paid standby basis for smart system or asset emergencies.

- Ability to work in a high-pressure, multi-platform environment with strong analytical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting complex data to all levels of leadership.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and delivering promptly.
