Inbound Phone Sales (Remote)

Core responsibilities:

• Field 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales of paternity and relationship testing services
• Explain products and services professionally via phone, email, text message, or chat
• Achieve or exceed performance goals including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Calls Per Day
