Inbound Logistics Specialist

• Coordinate and schedule weekly inbound deliveries of produce, CPG, and packaging to Misfits Market facilities to ensure product availability for customer orders.
• Work with fulfillment center receiving teams to manage appointments and maintain steady product flow to maximize labor efficiency.
• Handle quality control issues and prepare claims documentation to ensure timely carrier claim resolution.
• Support the expansion of the 3PL business vertical by building inbound supply chain processes and managing logistics for external partners.

This role directly reduces food waste by ensuring efficient inbound logistics, enabling Misfits Market to save an average of 500,000 pounds of food per week from waste while making sustainable groceries more accessible and affordable.

• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and ability to multitask.

• Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
