Core responsibilities:

• Strategic PR & Media Relations: Identify relevant topics in housing and energy sectors and proactively position Green Fusion in trade and business media
• Content Creation: Write press releases, technical articles, blog posts, and LinkedIn content that illustrate the company's vision and measurable benefits of their solution
• Storytelling & Case Studies: Develop success stories with customers showing how they digitally decarbonize existing buildings
• Holistic Campaign Management: Use tools like HubSpot and Webflow to create communication campaigns that build brand trust and generate inbound inquiries

This role creates positive change by making Green Fusion's technology and successes visible, positioning the company as a thought leader in the heat transition, and actively advancing the energy transition through communication that builds trust and generates interest in climate solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism - ideally in B2B PropTech or ClimateTech environment
• Ability to prepare complex technical content for target audiences in a precise and interesting way
• Proactive approach to media representatives and stakeholders, ideally with existing contacts in housing and real estate press
• Self-organized work with tools like HubSpot (CRM/Marketing) and CMS systems (e.g., Webflow)
• Excellent written and spoken German and negotiation-level English
