- Active sourcing and direct outreach to suitable talents on relevant platforms
- Close collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role profiles and requirements
- Co-development of hiring strategy to actively support sustainable company growth

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in startup or scale-up environment
- Experience working in data-driven environments and creating meaningful reports and market analyses
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Personio, Greenhouse, Join or similar
