Core responsibilities:

• End-to-End-Recruiting for various teams including software development, engineering, sales, operations, back office, and student workers
• Active sourcing and direct outreach to suitable talents on relevant platforms
• Close collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role profiles and requirements
• Co-development of hiring strategy to actively support sustainable company growth

This role contributes to fighting climate change by helping Green Fusion grow its team to advance the energy transition through smart software that optimizes heating systems and reduces emissions.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in startup or scale-up environment
• Experience working in data-driven environments and creating meaningful reports and market analyses
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Personio, Greenhouse, Join or similar
