Core Responsibilities

• Invest time, knowledge, and financial capital to support the organization's short and long-term goals through a legal contract
• Help establish community activities through income-generating projects like piggery and skilling programs
• Support the implementation of quarter programs and registration of the netball club into local division league
• Assist in setting up the Swift Recreation Center for practical skilling to empower single mothers and school dropouts

This role helps fight poverty in the community by empowering single mothers, disadvantaged girls, and children through sports talent development and practical skilling programs, creating better futures for vulnerable populations.

Required qualifications:

• Professional with experience in nonprofit skills, management, structure development, international networking, fundraising, and donations attracting
• Mature person in leadership and human conduct, a parent model at age at least 30 years and above
• Independent, transparent, accountable, passionate to life, and capable of working without supervision
• Someone with a heart for investment in the organization's goals
