Mission

What you will drive

The ATRIUMS project aims to optimize the humanitarian supply chain through the
integration and interoperability of H2H information systems and the implementation of
a digital warehouse management (WMS) and transport management (TMS) solution for
the benefit of the humanitarian community, while offering real-time visibility to partner
NGOs via a web portal (interface).

In addition, the project aims to:
\- Implement a 4PL digital solution to strengthen last-mile logistics management,
in line with HI/AL's operating model.
\- Maximize the efficiency of shared resources management within the
humanitarian logistics ecosystem by optimizing transportation and reducing
warehouse losses and waste.
\- Improve the planning, traceability, coordination and overall performance of
storage and transport operations.
\- Secure and make data reliable.
\- Study the interoperability of H2H systems to optimize transport and storage
operations: Stockholm/ESUPS , LINK/HI, BISSAP/BIOPORT
\- Guarantee detailed monitoring of logistics and transport costs, making it
possible to identify and anticipate financial optimization levers.
\- Improve transparency and accountability, meeting donor requirements and
justifying every supply chain expense.
\- Strengthen the management and satisfaction of partners by allowing them to
access key information on their stocks, shipments and logistics requests in real
time.
\- Meet environmental requirements (CO2, paper reduction, energy consumption).
\- To position Atlas Logistique as a key player in H2H, by demonstrating its ability
to innovate and structure humanitarian logistics.
