The Implementation & Coordination Manager-Programs and Organizing will provide comprehensive administrative, project management, and coordination support to the Programs and Organizing Department.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative, project management, and coordination support to the Programs and Organizing Department
- Manage multiple short-term and routine projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and defined deliverables are met
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up
- Support day-to-day operations and assist departmental leadership in implementing short-term and routine operational priorities

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) years of related administrative, project management, or coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with project tools like Asana
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information clearly and effectively
