What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technology solutions for programmatic MEL framework, potentially adapting existing solutions like Salesforce and Google Sheets or creating new ones
  • Develop and maintain routine reporting systems for key metrics and KPIs, including financial KPIs for companies, using tools like Power BI or Airtable
  • Ensure data collection and management follow best practices, including data consent, use, management, retention, reporting, protection and security approaches
  • Build capacity among team members and partners to use technology for MEL implementation and develop training materials and sessions

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in developing and managing data systems, MEL databases, and reporting tools
  • Strong hands-on experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for complex, multi-country programmes
  • Experience building or using Salesforce-based data management and reporting systems, and familiarity with Power BI, Airtable, or similar tools
  • Experience in Impact Linked Finance / Value for Money / SROI / Cost-Benefit analysis, and experience working in multi-country, matrix-managed environments
