Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and implement the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework, ensuring adherence to design and alignment with donor and organizational standards
  • Coordinate MEL activities with program staff and implementing partners, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Adapt MEL activities to align with private sector financing approaches to impact measurement and management
  • Oversee program monitoring, knowledge management, evaluation activities, and capacity building for teams and partners

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years designing or delivering programs for African social entrepreneurs
  • Experience with learning design, pedagogy, curriculum development, content production, and facilitation
  • Experience setting up large-scale mentoring programs and co-creating with third-party delivery partners
  • Detail-oriented project manager with strong writing, editing, and critical thinking skills
